Very useful app

Thanks to the ads popping up every time you open/re-open the app, the entire experience is frustrating. I wouldve paid to get rid of the ads but thats not possible. Respectfully, shove it up your ass.

Thanks to this app Ive never got lost in this city that is so big and sometimes the undergroud pretty confusing!

I could not find my local station Guenzelstrasse, probably because the app does not understand the use of ue for the umlaut. When I tried to report the problem, the program trapped me in keyboard entry mode, with no done or save button so that I could send my problem report.

Worked very well. One suggestion for improvement would be to indicate the direction to take in the route planner, rather than only the train number.

Ive been using this app from afar and am satisfied — its easy to use, quick, and reliable. We will be in Berlin for 3 weeks soon and have used this app to help us locate an apartment near the Tiergarten and close to good subway connections to a language school Ill attend on the opposite side of town. It was most helpful explaining number of transfers and time to arrive, along with some other information. It does not give explicit directions and exactly how to transfer at stations, merely noting where the transfer happens and what line to go to...

Surprisingly helpful little app, especially good at locating stations and plotting transfers. I used it on a recent trip to Berlin with no problems. So much better than maps in the stations.

I was an exchange student in Berlin and I used this app like it was my business. Until of course, with the help of this app, I had the train system memorized :)!

Station names that have an umlaut do not show up in the app, rendering it often worthless. The map works well.
